Quality Assurance Agent


Opinex Contact Centre is a growing company based in Chatsworth, Durban

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Agent. The pay range we’re offering is between R4000-R5000.


Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in Debt Review.

• Must be Knowledgeable on the Debt Review process from the back end to the sales portion.

• Prior experience in Quality Assurance (Advantageous).


Responsibilities:

• Participate in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.

• Perform call monitoring and provide trend data to site management team.

• Use quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level.

• Perform monitors of customer care email responses.

• Participate in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations.

• Provide actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.

• Coordinate and facilitate call calibration sessions for call center staff.

• Provide feedback to call center team leaders and managers.

• Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management staff review.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
