Call Centre Agent
A large, dynamic National ISP is looking for a qualified and experienced call centre technicians to maintain its growing customer support desk.
Mainly you will be responsible for:
- Providing extensive telephonic technical support.
- Responding to client queries via telephone and email.
- Escalating to high level support.
- Providing regular feedback to clients.
- Maintaining a healthy customer relationship.
- A+ and N+ MTCNA (advantageous)
- Good understanding of wireless networks
- Good knowledge of wireless network hardware:
- Good technical troubleshooting experience with:
- Email (POP3, Imap and Office365)
- Basic technical troubleshooting experience with:
- IP PBX (3CX, Elastix, Yeastar, Grandstream)
- IP Phones (Yealink, Snom, Gigaset)
- Good technical Troubleshooting experience with:
- 2 Year exposure to any of the below:
- Desktop support
- Technical support
- Call centre
- Help desk
- Must be fluent in English and understand Afrikaans.
Salary: +/- R 8 000 pm depending on experience.
