Description

A large, dynamic National ISP is looking for a qualified and experienced call centre technicians to maintain its growing customer support desk.


Mainly you will be responsible for:

  • Providing extensive telephonic technical support.
  • Responding to client queries via telephone and email.
  • Escalating to high level support.
  • Providing regular feedback to clients.
  • Maintaining a healthy customer relationship.

Prerequisites:

  1. Matric
  2. A+ and N+ MTCNA (advantageous)
  3. Good understanding of wireless networks
  4. Good knowledge of wireless network hardware:
  • Ubiquity
  • Mikrotik
  • Cambium
  1. Good technical troubleshooting experience with:
  • Email (POP3, Imap and Office365)
  • Domains
  1. Basic technical troubleshooting experience with:
  • VoIP
  • IP PBX (3CX, Elastix, Yeastar, Grandstream)
  • IP Phones (Yealink, Snom, Gigaset)
  1. Good technical Troubleshooting experience with:
  • FTTH
  • ADSL
  • LTE
  1. 2 Year exposure to any of the below:
  • Desktop support
  • Technical support
  • Call centre
  • Help desk
  • Networking

  1. Must be fluent in English and understand Afrikaans.

Salary: +/- R 8 000 pm depending on experience.
