Selling due to health reasons. Business been around for decades.


Profitability good, if owner operated. Not really viable with a full time manager. If it was i would be asking 5 times the price. If you plan to expand business it's a different story. Data base of around 3000 customers included in sale. And you can employ a "help manager" as well.


We are in 9th year of ownership. Don't want to sell, HAVE TO....not a distress sale though. Financials available since 2015.
