Like minded investor/s wanted for new concept Bicycle workshop/pizza coffee shop in northern suburbs

Ex Cyclist and EX -manager of large cycling retailer workshop, looking for a like minded , passionate Cycling investor for new concept small Bike repair shop with small retail space including unique pizza and coffee . I have a technical background in mechanics and come from a family of ex european pro cyclists . I have the tools and know how for both the bike side and the pizza/coffee side I currently restore vintage late 90's and early 2000's road bikes/MTB for collectors as a side hustle but will restore and repair anything that is a bicycle or bicycle related .
