Selling due to health reasons...good business...been around since 1986. When owner operated and well managed, very profitable. have more than decade of accounting history...and business premise been the same since beginning. NOT FINANCIALLY VIABLE WITH A FULL TIME MANAGER...if it was, i would be asking 5 times the price...you can het a part time help for the summers...unless you come to apply a totally new business model... we owned it for 8 years, going on 9 now....if i could, i would own it for many years still.
