Quantity Surveyor

We a construction company and we are seeking to employ a Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects.

Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills

Experience in producing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost planning

Experience and proficiency with MS Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations

Excellent verbal and written communication (English) and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

Minimum 3 – 5 years experience

Valid Driver's License and own vehicle

South African Citizen or Permanent Resident

Verifiable experience within the City of Cape Town

Salary: Negotiable.
