renovating and maintaining my own home and 3 town houses over the last 7 years
. He has just completed renovating my entire home and two of my rental units.
He is very competent with good project management skills as well as being a
really nice guy . I don’t need to get quotes from him as his charges are very
fair . The work is always done proficiently and with a great finish , with minimal
disturbance . It is important for me and my tenants that he can be left in the
property without supervision . The place is also always left spick and span
