Thanks to their moderate weight (235 gr) they are suitable for any kind of purpose and they offer greater performance if compared to a traditional clincher tire; that is why we call them ‘open tubulars’.

Corsa 28 SPS open tubular 28mm section offers superior comfort together with greater performance, especially on uneven road surface. Corsa 28 SPS are made with the same 320 TPI (thread per inch) casing as Veloflex tubulars to offer lower rolling resistance and greater flexibility. Veloflex Corsa 28 SPS open tubulars use SPS technology (Sidewall Protection System): a further sidewall protection system that makes the clincher tires suitable for all carbon rims available on the market, regardless of the type or brand. They are suitable for both training and racing as they combine the excellent performance of a tubular and the comfortable mounting and fitting of a clincher tire while guaranteeing great handling during cornering in all weather conditions. All Corsa SPS open tubulars have black sidewalls to match any type of wheel and bicycle and are made with high-quality material and the latest technology. Like all Veloflex products, Corsa 28 SPS open bicycle tubulars are handmade in Italy with artisan processing and in limited quantity.
