Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Junior Motor
Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years
of hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair, a strong work ethic,
and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. This is an exciting
opportunity to work with a diverse range of vehicles and a variety of
mechanical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Repairs and Maintenance: Perform repairs on engines,
transmissions, brakes, and other automotive components.
Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular preventative
maintenance services, including oil changes, and system inspections.
Communication: must be able communicate effectively with
operations and fleet team to explain vehicle issues and the required repairs.
Quality Control: Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry
standards and adheres to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a motor
mechanic.
Certifications: To be assessed.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to
troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
