Please remember when you contact me i need the model of your car and as much onfo on the problem as you can give. Many times it is hard to diagnose the problem over the phone so i will have to see the engine to see and listen to it myself and check it myself to be able to tell you the actual problem. Sometimes it might seem like one thing but can be something else or it could be a chain of problems that is just escelating into a huge problem. So my advice to anyone is. Just bring your car in so i find the problem there and then. If i do know the problem when you talk to me over the phone i will still ask you to bring me the car to make sure that what you are telling me is actaully what is wrong with the car. So dont be surprized. I like to make sure about the problem before i just work on the car and quote first and wait for your go ahead. Many ppl think its just simple to tel them over the phone all they need to know. I can tell you out of my experiences many mis diagnoses is done over the phone, then ppl find out later that what they thought was wrong was never the problem but something else. Thats why i tri to avoid it at all cost. Rather just bring your car in. Always provide photos aswell of where the problem is please. Cause you can see the wear and tear and know why your car has that specific noise or giving that specific problem through the photos. But it is still better to bring your car to me so i can still make sure that what i see on the photo is what i see in the engine fisically.
