Alternator & Starter Test Bench: Various Models from R44 275

The ALTERNATORT TEST BENCH allows the auto-electrician to accurately test

The alternator off vehicle under load and at speed. Bearing/ mechanical noise

may also be assessed. Alternator volts and amps are displayed on Digital

Voltmeter and Ammeter. Both Positive grounded and negative grounded

Alternators can be tested. The load is variable and maybe switched OFF.

The Voltmeter and Ammeter may be used for external voltage and current

measurements.In addition, these are two independent testers for testing the Voltage regulator and the rectifier module. See specification attached.

The MK11 version has been upgraded to handle extra load and to test Modern Alternators with DP/Com /RC and Lin/bss modules that can be purchased separately to upgrade the Bench when required. The plug-in concept also allows future upgrades to be done easily

The Starter Tester Option:

Starter free run operation and noise may be assessed with current and voltage readings.

The starter is clamped safely. Power is supplied from a heavy duty power supply. Voltage and current readings can be checked if within spec or compared to a known good unit.
