The Au Pair would come to their house, prep his lunch and then usually one of his parents will pick him up and bring him home and the Au Pair is needed for the handoff.
While he naps (usually for two hours), the Au Pair would help tidy up his toys, hang up/ fold his laundry, and possibly do some chopping of vegetables or meal prep if they have time and are able to do some basic cooking.
They have a separate housekeeper who comes several times a week. ...
