Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of graphic designers.

Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, packaging, catalogues, digital campaigns, trade show assets, and more.

Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints.

Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and sales to align creative direction with company objectives.

Oversee and produce high-quality marketing materials including brochures, web graphics, emailers, and social media content.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Stay ahead of design and industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or similar.

5+years of professional design experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or team leadership role.

A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing excellence in branding, layout, digital, and print design.

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.

Proven experience driving creative projects from concern through to final production.
