Job Description:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment
- Diagnose faults and conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize machinery performance
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience as a Millwright in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and hydraulics
- Ability to troubleshoot complex machinery and implement effective solutions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Must be able to work independently and travel when required
Requirements:
- Recognized Millwright Trade Certificate (Red Seal highly advantageous)
- Valid drivers license
