- Fault finding and repair of Alternators, including fitment of new automatic voltage regulators.
- Scheduled service level agreements for the planned maintenance of all makes of petrol and diesel generators systems.
- Onsite load bank testing of generators up to 400 kva.
- Manufacture and design of dummy load and test load banks up to 400kw.
- Modernising, programming, rewiring, replacement and fitting of all types of controllers.
- Installation and management of communication systems for generators – GSM (Webnet) and LAN.
- Diesel fuel conditioning and tank cleaning up to 500 Litre tanks.
- The electrical and electronic component of the generator is included in the comprehensive maintenance schedule, ensuring that the complete unit is at an optimum operational standard and not just the mechanical aspect.
- A comprehensive maintenance and repair history is recorded in our database and scheduled service reminders are issued to all our customers.
