Job Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
- Maintenance on all electrical equipment
- Fault finding and repair on all electrical equipment
- Perform changes to base documentation i.e. Manuals, P&ID and all instrumentation drawings
- Identify and inform Team Leader of any health or safety hazards in the plant
- Perform shift duty on the plant if required
- Maintain OHASA standards and ensure high levels of housekeeping
- Perform after-hour standby duty on the plant
Job Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Minimum N3 Electrical Engineering qualification
- Recognized Electrical Trade Test
- Wiremans License will be advantageous
- Minimum 5 years post Trade Test experience as an Electrician
- Manufacturing environment experience would be advantageous
- Competency to conduct electrical inspections, repairs, installations and issue CoC
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Computer literate
- Basic PLC and SCADA knowledge (Allen Bradley and Siemens)
- Basic Frequency drive knowledge (Allen Bradley and SEW)
