Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- 25 years experience in continuous improvement within FMCG, manufacturing, or a similar environment.
- Knowledge of HR and payroll processes is an advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of the 20 Keys methodology.
- Advanced MS Office proficiency (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is beneficial.
