Minimum requirements:
  • Matric (Grade 12) certificate
  • Trade Test Certificate (Fitter / Mechanical)
  • 35 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs
  • Inspect, diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical systems and equipment
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, health and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation
