EXPERIENCED REAL ESTATE COLD CALLERS WANTED

Location: Remote

Type: Full-Time (Salary & Commission-Based)

We're looking for driven Cold Callers to join our dynamic team and help us connect with property owners, investors, and potential sellers.

What You'll Do:

• Make outbound calls to property owners and leads
• Qualify prospects and gather property information
• Set appointments for acquisition managers
• Maintain accurate records in CRM
• Follow scripts while adapting to live conversations.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable making high-volume calls daily
• Prior experience in real estate or sales is a plus
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English (other languages a bonus).

Compensation:

• Salary & commission-based pay
• Performance bonuses.
