We are a well-established Web Hosting company in Century City who is seeking a vibrant, well organized, proactive, detail-orientated and solutions driven individual to occupy the entry-level Marketing / Social Media Assistant position within a fast paced and dynamic working environment.

Requirements

Own transport and driver’s license essential
Relevant qualification in Marketing, Social Media and/or Design
Knowledge of WordPress and Adobe suite
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Create and post blogs/articles and press releases for the company’s website and mass emails to company clients and new business prospective
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts and strategies
  • Provide research, organizational and administrative support
  • Supports the marketing and sales initiatives for the company through support in social media marketing, online presence and other projects with the ultimate goal of driving brand awareness and incremental sales
  • Conduct industry and competitive research for use in internal communications
  • Assist in the organizing of internal and external events as well as campaign programs
  • When appropriate, compose and post content on the company’s website and social media, web analytics

Salary: R7000 or more depending on experience
