Are you a highly organised multitasker with a flair for customer service and a love of bringing creative ideas to life? We’re looking for a Sales & Production Administrator to join our dynamic team at Cross Culture, a leading provider of promotional products and branded gifting solutions.
This is a key support role within our fast-paced sales and production departments — perfect for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and ensuring every order runs smoothly from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and sales confirmations.
  • Liaise with suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate artwork, proofs, and production timelines.
  • Track orders through production to delivery, ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met.
  • Manage stock levels and assist with product sourcing and pricing.
  • Maintain the CRM system and ensure all client and order data is accurate and up to date.
  • Support the team with general office and customer service duties as needed.
About You
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be a peoples person
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly manner.
  • Experience in an administrative, sales support, or production coordination role (experience in promotional products, print, or marketing is a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems quickly.
  • Able to work under pressure and juggle multiple projects at once.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
