RECEPTIONIST and OFFICE ADMIN
MOVES³ (pronounced MOVES cubed) is a Germiston based company manufacturing company. MOVES³ has a permanent vacancy for a Receptionist & Office Administrator to fulfil the following duties.
• Administration (E.g. capturing orders, invoicing, making job cards, etc.)
• Internal sales
• Supporting other staff
** Training to be provided on the different tasks.
• Must live in close proximity – in or near Germiston.
• Female - preferred.
• Any race – no preference.
• Previous experience preferred but not a must.
• Good communication skills – verbal & written (English).
• Good planning & organisation skills.
• Good computer skills – word, excel & outlook.
• Must be able to work independently and within a team environment.
