Description

A leading restaurant franchise with head offices based in Bellville is looking for a dynamic, dedicated and experienced Personal Assistant and Office Administrator with a strong background in both roles. Strict deadlines would require you think on your feet and remain calm and detail orientated. This position is not for the fainthearted. If you are a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we would like to hear from you.


Your duties will include, but not limited to:

Assisting top management and their teams.

Property administration.

Fleet and vehicle administration and vehicle registrations.

Shop Building administration.


The requirements for the job are:

At least 5 years concrete experience in related roles.

Exposure and experience in Personal Assistant duties.

A related tertiary qualification is beneficial.

South African driver’s license is essential.

Own transport.

Must be willing to travel.

Must be willing to work after-hours as required.


Salary: R12,000 to R18,000 depending on experience and presentation.

Position available immediately.
