Group Financial Accountant

Job Description:
Oversee the full finance function, including management accounts, budgets, cash flow, and consolidated reporting
Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights to improve profitability
Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements
Manage cash flow, treasury, and stakeholder relationships (banks, auditors, SARS)
Maintain and enhance financial systems (Pastel, Semper, Easy Wine, Excel)
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure operational excellence

Skills & Experience:
3+ years experience as an Accountant
Hospitality or Winery experience NON-NEGOTIABLE
Meticulous attention to detail, with a drive for continuous improvement and process innovation
Excellent communication skills

Degree
