A service company is currently on the lookout for a Financial Administrator to join their finance team to help out where it is needed.

As the Financial Administrator; you will provide financial and administrative to the Financial Controller to ensure accurate and reliable financial data is produced.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparations of budgets, forecast and ash flow
  • Prepare and reconcile profit and loss accounts, balance sheets and cash flow statements
  • Assist with financial reports
  • Reconcile all management accounts
  • Prepare VAT returns
  • Manage the accounts payable process
  • Assist in annual audit process
  • Issue invoices

Job Experience and Skills Required:
  • Matric
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Financial Management
  • 5+ years experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Advance Excel and PowerPoint skills are a preference
