Role Requirements

Qualifications
- BCom Accounting or relevant degree (essential).
- Post-graduate qualification in Business Management (advantageous).
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years accounting experience in a technical, engineering, or plant-based environment.
- Strong background in procurement, warehouse management, and stock control.
- Experience with payroll, accounting, and procurement systems (CMMS and Syspro preferred).
- Knowledge of production, power plant, or engineering environments advantageous.
Skills & Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, planning, and organisational abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented, logical thinker with high accuracy levels.
- Ability to mentor, coach, and manage people effectively.
- Financial acumen with a focus on compliance and operational efficiency.
