Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, estimates, and cost plans specifically for shopfitting projects
- Conduct accurate site measurements and verify contractor quantities
- Assist with tender documentation, procurement, and pricing
- Track project costs, variations, and progress claims
- Liaise with shopfitting teams, contractors, suppliers, and project managers
- Maintain detailed project and financial documentation
- Support with compiling progress reports
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Shopfitting experience is essential (not optional)
- 5 years QS experience (internships in shopfitting count)
- Strong Excel and measurement skills
- Ability to read technical and shopfitting drawings
- Excellent communication and attention to detail

DUTIES: To be responsible for the financial management and oversight of funds allocated to the Jobs Fund (JF), ensuring governance, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
