Job & Company Description:A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a highly skilled Accountant with strong reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax experience to join their finance team based in Pretoria North.This permanent role is ideal for a technically strong individual with a solid understanding of costing and management reporting within a production or manufacturing environment. You will take ownership of financial analysis, management reporting, cost control, budgeting, and forecastingsupporting operational performance and strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and analyse financial reports, management accounts, budgets, and forecastsPerform cost and management accounting functions, including product costing and variance analysisSupport operational teams with financial insights to improve performance and cost efficiencyOversee tax compliance and assist with tax-related submissions and planningStrengthening internal controls and ensuring adherence to company policies and financial frameworksContribute to month-end and year-end processes with accuracy and efficiency Job Experience and Skills Required:BCom with completed articles5 years post-articles experience (preferably in manufacturing)Strong cost and management accounting experienceProven skills in reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and taxExperience within the manufacturing industry is essential Step into a critical finance rolewhere your analytical expertise, costing skills, and operational insight will contribute to performance excellence in a respected manufacturing environment.
