Senior Investment Associate

We are searching for a Senior Investment Associate with strong financial modelling and Due Diligence capability and exposure to real estate investments to join their high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end deal execution: origination, financial modelling, valuations, due diligence, IC papers & presentations
• Perform in-depth investment research across private equity and real estate assets
• Build and refine complex financial models (leveraged, development, income-producing and PE deal structures)
• Support portfolio value creation initiatives and ongoing performance monitoring
• Conduct market mapping, risk analysis, and strategic assessments for new investment opportunities
• Engage with key stakeholders: developers, asset managers, lenders, legal teams, and JV partners
• Prepare high-quality investment committee packs and present findings with confidence

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Honours / CFA progress / similar investment qualification
• 5+ years experience in Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking or Real Estate Investments
• Strong exposure to real estate transactions (development, income-producing, or alternative property assets)
• Exceptional financial modelling, valuations and deal execution capability
