We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to act as a key finance business partner, providing strategic insights and ensuring robust financial control.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a consolidated finance portfolio, including External Partner Functions, Balance Sheet Management, and Operating Expense Oversight, while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement within the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead finance operations for external partnerships, balance sheet management, and Opex oversight.
• Oversee month-end journals, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Drive performance analysis, cost optimization, and process automation initiatives.
• Ensure accurate reporting, compliance with IFRS and regulatory standards, and support audits.
• Manage and develop Management Accountants and Junior Management Accountants.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification required.
• Minimum 8+ years in finance operations, management accounting, and financial control.
• Strong ERP and Excel proficiency; experience in automation and process improvement.
• Proven ability to manage teams and partner with external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of IFRS17 and strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
