• Lead and oversee the full group consolidation process
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting across all entities
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with relevant standards
• Guide and mentor a growing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Job Experience and Skills Required:).

• CA (SA) qualification (highly advantageous but not mandatory)
• At least 5 years experience in a financial management role
• Strong consolidations exposure at a group or multi-entity level
• Solid management and leadership experience
• Previous exposure to Financial Services (current experience not required, but past exposure is essential)
