Group Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive Group overall financial strategy, ensuring long-term sustainability and growth
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial control, reporting and governance across all subsidiaries
• Lead financial accounting, management accounting, revenue and cash flow oversight for Group
• Provide strategic leadership across procurement, supply chain management and asset management
• Ensure audit readiness, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement in systems and processes
• Serve as a key contributor to Group-wide strategy, business planning, risk management and performance execution

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• CA(SA) qualified (non-negotiable)
• 12 to 15 years Financial / Business Management experience
• 10+ years senior financial management experience
• Experience in logistics or related industries a strong advantage
• Demonstrated leadership experience at Group / Executive level
• Proven exposure to Procurement & SCM
• Group reporting & controls
• Strong financial modelling and reporting capability
• High-level strategic thinking and decision-making
• Ability to operate at Group Executive level
• Strong commercial acumen and risk awareness
• Able to navigate a fast-paced, high-volume, multinational environment
