Financial Manager

In this role, you will be building relationships with key stakeholders and working closely with operations to secure alignment on account planning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial reporting, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Lead and mentor a finance team, fostering growth and development
• Manage vendor contracts, cost control, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align financial strategies with business objectives
• Champion process improvements and innovation across finance operations

Skills & Requirements:

• BCom Accounting Degree non-negotiable
• Advanced Excel proficiency non-negotiable
• CIMA qualification advantageous
• 58 years relevant experience (motor, manufacturing, or construction industry ideal)
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to design and improve financial systems and processes
