Financial Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full financial accounting responsibilities including journals and reconciliations
• Deliver accurate monthly management accounts within tight deadlines
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
• Maintain the fixed asset register and ensure proper controls
• Prepare VAT and tax submissions and ensure compliance
• Drive continuous improvements in processes, controls and reporting efficiency
• Support external audits and year-end processes
• Work closely with operational teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• BCom Accounting (essential)
• 35 years financial accounting experience (corporate or multinational experience advantageous)
• Strong IFRS knowledge and excellent reconciliation skills
• Advanced Excel & ERP systems exposure
• High energy, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a high-performing team
