Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Perform cost accounting and variance analysis for manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal controls.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Job Experience and Skills Required
- Education: CIMA qualification (or in final stages of completion).
- Experience: Minimum 35 years in a Financial Accountant role within manufacturing.
- Skills: Advanced MS Excel; ERP systems experience (SAP or similar advantageous).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Non-negotiable: Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
