Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a credit intelligence team across multiple analytical and policy development workstreams.
• Design, implement, and enhance credit intelligence policies, processes, models, and strategies.
• Produce advanced statistical insights to support and improve credit decision-making.
• Ensure delivery quality, analytical accuracy, and regulatory compliance across all output.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education:
• • Bachelors Degree in Finance or Statistics (minimum)
  • Relevant Postgraduate qualification in Finance or Statistics (ideal)
• Experience:
• • 68 years experience in retail credit analytics, including advanced analytics and modelling
  • OR 57 years experience with an Honours Degree, including SQL programming and descriptive analytics
  • Minimum 3 years portfolio-specific experience
  • Experience with credit principles, policies, and frameworks
• Skills:
• • Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills
  • Strong planning, organising, and coordination abilities
  • Effective presentation, reporting, research, and project management skills
• Other Requirements:
• • Clear criminal and credit record
