An Accountant

My client is seeking an Accountant to join their well-established JSE listed property company, with almost 50 years of experience in the property market. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to listed company reporting and contribute to strategic financial management.

Duties:

• Prepare financial statements in line with IFRS and JSE requirements
• Manage reconciliations, journals, and the general ledger
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audits
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and tax obligations
• Support audits and liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Education and Experience:

• BCom Accounting
• SAICA articles completed
• 25 years accounting experience
