Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete financial accounting functions like month-end, year-end reporting.
- Budget, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Cash flow and working capital administration
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax laws, and statutory obligations.
- Leadership and development of the finance team
- Provide financial information and support to top leadership.
- Audit coordination among external auditors and internal stakeholders
- Initiatives to improve processes and oversee the financial system
- Prepare cash flow predictions
- Monitor and report cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain proper financial documentation and filing processes.
- Review payroll and staff cost allocations.
REPORTING IN:
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable personnel
Finance Admin
REQUIREMENTS:
- Accounting Diploma or Degree.
- Minimum 5 years experience.
- Sage Evolution processing experience.
- Excel and Word Proficiency.
- Understanding of Import and Export documentation and exchange rates.
- Salary R25-R30k depending on experience
