Regional Finance Manager

A prominent organization within the multi-site operational services sector is looking to appoint a seasoned Regional Financial Manager to strengthen its finance leadership capability. This role offers the opportunity to drive financial performance, improve operational efficiencies and influence strategic outcomes across a network of branches.

Key Focus Areas:

• End-to-end responsibility for regional financial operations across multiple locations
• Driving accurate financial reporting and delivering commercial insights to senior leadership
• Leading the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles
• Strengthening financial controls, governance frameworks and regulatory compliance
• Overseeing operational finance functions, including reconciliations, payroll reviews and payment approvals
• Partnering with regional and branch leadership to support performance improvement
• Contributing to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Qualified CA(SA)
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior financial management role within a multi-site or operational environment
• Demonstrated experience in audit, compliance and operational finance environments
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving capability
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• A confident communicator with proven leadership ability
• Comfortable travelling as required
