Duties:

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, while monitoring and reporting on performance against these targets.
• Provide financial guidance and support to operational teams, helping to drive cost management, profitability, and efficiency improvements.
• Strengthen internal controls, identify process improvements, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures to mitigate financial risks.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital management, ensuring sufficient liquidity for business operations.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

• BCom Accounting degree (essential)
• Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in an operationally focused financial management role within a corporate environment.
