Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Systems processing and invoice capturing
- Cashbook processing & bank reconciliations
- Maintaining various schedules & spreadsheets
- Driving analysis and improvement in certain expense categories
- Oversight and management of certain import-related processes
- Support team on strategic initiatives, projects and analysis
- Bcom Accounting (or equivalent)
- 1 - 2 years work experience preferable
- Must have intermediate level experience working with MS Office (particularly Excel)
- Ability to prioritise and time-manage tasks
- Proficient in Sage Line 500 and Sales Logix is advantageous
- Attention to detail
- Agile
- High willingness to learn
