(with an accounting background) who possesses the following minimal

• Meet and Great Clients

• Assist with Administration duties

• Answers Calls and Emails

• Able to assist Accountants & Managers with bookkeeping on Pastel, Quickbooks and Xero

• Cashbook, invoicing and bank reconciliation

• Assist with correspondence to SARS via telephone and E-filing

Required Qualifications:

• Matric

• Must be literate in MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook

• Pastel, Quickbooks, Xero, eFilling, e@syfilling, CIPC experience

• Additional knowledge of VAT / Tax and E-filing will be to your advantage
