Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute advanced data science projects aligned to strategic objectives, delivering measurable business impact
- Prototype and iterate predictive and prescriptive machine learning models to enhance existing products and pioneer new solutions
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing data science team, fostering innovation and continuous learning
- Collaborate across software, BI, product, sales, and IT teams to execute on analytics and AI strategy
- Communicate complex analytical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Honors, Masters or PhD in in Statistics, Mathematics, or any Quantitative field
- 10+ years in analytics, including at least 3 years building machine learning/AI solutions
- Expertise in Python, R, SQL; experience with TensorFlow, Hugging Face, FastHTML, FastAPI, Flask, Django advantageous; familiarity with Docker and Azure deployment; strong data analysis, statistical modelling, and machine learning skills
- Leadership capability, strategic thinking, excellent communication, and ethical approach to data and AI
