Matric/Grade 12 Certificate

Financial Diploma/Qualification with a min. of 5 years TES Financial Experience

IFS System (Financial Experience) and SAGE 300 Payroll Experience

Microsoft Excel Advanced and very accurate with figures

Must be able to communicate, read & write – AFRIKAANS & ENGLISH



Responsibility:
All Finance Manager related duties, including, but not limited to:

Work with other senior managers to grow the businesses formulating strategies and plans. Full reporting for the division, for monthly, interims and annual submissions, including variance analysis and budgeting (forecasting) in addition to local statutory accounts and payment monitoring.

Business Processes Liaising with internal and external customer

Submit Management reports to assess performance and aid in decision making.

Preparation of monthly board packs as well as annual audits.

Financial and People Management

Sustainability Cost and Management Accounting

Cash flow and expenditure

Budgets Business modelling and risk assessment

Must be able to work in a pressurised environment

Deadline driven and Accuracy

Pro-active thinking ; Inter-personal relations; Creativity/innovation; Analytical with the ability to communicate on all levels
