Job Description:As the Financial Analyst, your duties and responsibilities include the following:Build, maintain and optimize project finance models, including valuations, sensitivities, and post-close updatesSupport capital structuring, portfolio optimization, budgeting, cash forecasting, and shareholder reportingAssist with M&A analysis, valuations, and due diligence across financial, legal, technical and insurance workstreamsContribute to financial input to bids, PPAs, commercial contracts, and investment committee submissionsMonitor asset and project performance vs budget, ensuring covenant compliance and accurate reportingSupport the structuring and negotiation of debt and equity financing with lenders, banks, and investorsCollaborate with business developers and engineers on project feasibility, cost benchmarking, and market analysisAssist in financial close, treasury liaison, and maintaining project databases and committee documentation Skills & Experience: 1-2 years experience in a project-based, investment, corporate finance or infrastructure environmentProven experience in financial modelingExcel advanced proficiency is essentialSolid understanding of basic accounting, investment principles, and corporate finance fundamentalsStrong analytical skillsConfident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skillsA passion for renewable energy and the commercial drivers behind long-term, sustainable investmentsQualification:Completed Finance or Accounting degreeGrade 12 (matric)Contact JENELLE COOKSON on
