This organisation is looking for an Accountant who is ready to take ownership of financial processing, hedge accounting, consolidations, and reporting across multiple entities.Youll manage everything from daily transactions to multi-entity consolidations - and play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial clarity across the group.This is an excellent opportunity for a post-articles candidate who wants broad exposure and the chance to influence systems, controls, and the overall financial backbone of a growing business.Key Responsibilities:Process daily financial transactions including AP, AR, and GL entriesExecute vendor and internal payments accurately and on timeManage bank reconciliations and monitor cash balancesPrepare cash flow forecasts and assist with liquidity planningCompile and analyse monthly management and financial reportsSupport month-end and year-end processesApply accurate hedge accounting and maintain required documentationCoordinate hedge transactions and report on positions and performanceConsolidate financial information across multiple entitiesReconcile and eliminate inter-company transactionsPrepare audit documentation and respond to audit queriesStrengthen financial controls, processes, and system workflowsAssist with financial structures for new projects and initiativesJob Experience and Skills Required:Bachelors Degree in Accounting (essential)Completed SAICA articles at a registered audit firmMinimum 2 years post-articles experienceExperience with hedge accounting and financial consolidations (non-negotiable)Strong understanding of cost accounting and standard costingExperience in a multi-entity environment is advantageousHigh attention to detail, strong analytical ability, and excellent communication skillsAble to prioritise effectively and perform under pressureOrganised, proactive, and collaborative in a team environmentApply now!For more exciting finance opportunities, please visit:
