Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Financial Management Maintain accurate general ledger entries, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements.
• MPC & Reporting Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes; assist with management reporting and variance analysis.
• Blockchain & Crypto Exposure Support accounting processes related to Bitcoin and other crypto assets; learn about and adapt to Web3 finance operations.
• Process Improvement & Controls Identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and enforce strong financial discipline.
• Collaboration Work closely with IT, finance, and operations teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education:
  • BCom Accounting / Finance
• Experience:
  • Experience in MPC, financial reporting, or general accounting advantageous
  • Exposure to IT or tech environments is a plus, but Web3 experience is not required
• Skills / Technical Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and MPC processes
  • Advanced Excel / MS Office skills
  • Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems advantageous
  • Passion for IT, blockchain, and crypto technologies
