A company based in Benoni is looking for a smart, reliable, energetic and responsible young lady who is full of initiative, passion, attention to detail and customer centric to be part of a newly established team.


Duties & Responsibilities

 Finance & Admin functions

Acting as first point of contact for any incoming calls & clients  Co-ordinating diaries & setting up meetings  Communicating with potential and existing clients  Social media management  Assisting clients in completing forms, checking forms, scanning and filling  Capturing and maintaining customer records  Procurement of office consumables and maintain Petty Cash  Record keeping and basic accounting functions  Helping with company events/campaigns- assist in organising, handling queries, sending confirmation emails

Qualifications & Experience

 Diploma in any commerce field  Experience will depend on qualifications


Remuneration: R3,000/month
