General Details
I have experience in Human Resources management, debtors & creditors as well as general administration. My experience in HR covers areas like recruitment and selection, Staff training & development, management of industrial relations, advising staff on HR related matters, disciplinary hearings and representing company up to CCMA. On the Accounting side (debtors & creditors) l have knowledge & practical experience using Sage 50 Pastel & Sage 1 accounting. l have experience in running debtors & creditors in following areas: Sending monthly customer statements, processing credit notes, invoicing, liaising with customers & suppliers queries on a daily basis, allocation of payments (both customers & creditors) compiling monthly creditors payments, capturing invoices on pastel, sending proof of payments to suppliers as well as follow up on accounts with overdue amounts. Lastly l do have general administration experience in areas like, liaising with bank if there are any problems regarding transfers e.g. foreign accounts transfers, organise & schedule staff meetings, Typing documents, email correspondence, expense reports & organising end of year parties.
