Great Opportunity for a Debtors SupervisorManage
Debtors: - Manage debtors book (Chains Store customers) resolve queries so
that accounts don’t get into overdue period.Collections:
- phoning for payments that are due. Customers that are pass due date must
be monitored and accessed. Weekly collections targets must be adhered.
Management notes on Syspro must be updated after every call. Follow up’s
must be done to achieve targets.Reconcile
Payments:- Payments must be reconciled before being posted to accounts.Increase
Credit Cover:- Must apply for increase in credit limit accounts that
have exceeded their credit limit provided they have a good payment record.Handling
Overdue Accounts:- All overdue accounts will only be handed over after the
debt process is done.Month
End: - Month end statements to be posted to customers so that payments are
received timeously.Month
End Statements: all statements to be filed monthly
